We recently had the opportunity to work with a wedding agency based in Croatia. They were getting so many inquiries and they had to keep track of every prospect manually. This was taking multiple hours a week and made scaling difficult and it increased the margin for error
Solution
The proposed solution was automating the data collection and management as much as possible.
What We Built
We developed three Make.com scenarios that:
Tracked new proposals submitted on the client’s website and sent an email notification.
Automatically created a new Google Drive folder for each prospect.
Kept track of all booked calls.
Additionally
We created a master spreadsheet as a centralized database to track all key stats.
We built a professional dashboard in Looker Studio to provide clear visualization of the key metrics we needed to monitor.
Results
The client was extremely pleased since we freed up about 10 hours a week for her and her assistant. We are now in the process of adding additional automations.
